Minutes of the Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting
The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was held on the seventeenth day of October ,2023 at the community center. The gathering started promptly at 18:30 hours with President, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the gathered board members.

This provides an update you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are making several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Beginning in the coming weeks, we will be making some adjustments to read more our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team will work diligently exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
